Compliance Consulting Corporation of Florida has been helping businesses comply with Florida law for years. Our company President, Ron Lovell, was previously the Area Manager of the West Palm Beach branch of the Division of Finance. During his 26 years with the State of Florida, Ron became a well-known and widely respected expert on the Florida Mortgage Brokerage & Lending Act. After retiring from the State, industry associates constantly sought Ron to help them with compliance related issues. As a result, he formed Compliance Consulting Corporation of Florida and subsequently Compliance Consulting Mortgage School (CCMS). Our company goal is to help our clients stay out of trouble(!) and operate in full compliance with the Florida Mortgage Brokerage & Lending Act.
